Multitouch Whiteboard using a Wiimote

A friend sent me this. At first i thought it was just going to show me something cool but after watching it. I started to wonder if it was the coolest stop-motion film i have seen soo far. Checkout this artist work.
Jeff Han is a research scientist for New York University’s Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences . Here, he demonstrates — for the first time publicly — his intuitive, “interface-free,” multi-touch-driven computer screen, which can be manipulated intuitively with the fingertips, and responds to varying levels of pressure.
Analog control of digital devices and media has always appealed to me. Like the controllers for a PS2, they allow degrees of fuzziness in a world made of very strict ones and zeroes.
Here’s an experiment that uses Play-Doh to “play” the piano! Doesn’t take in to account the stretchy nature of Play-Doh, but it’s still fun to watch!
